Welcome to my page! I am so excited to be creating this space online to share thoughts and ideas I'm passionate about. I envision this page to be collaborative and encouraging for anyone who would like to join!

A little about me: 

I'm 23 years old and have been married to the love of my life for almost three years. I was born and raised in Richmond, VA, and recently moved back after living in the Deep South for several years. I met my husband at Liberty University where he studied Computer Engineering, and I majored in Psychology Counseling.

I started this blog with the intent to share the joys of being a wife, and to dig deeper into what it means to be a Biblical woman in a modern world. While those values are still critical to talk about; and a passion of mine — my world and passions have expanded.

In 2023, I was diagnosed with mold toxicity. It radically changed my health, relationships, and walk with the Lord. Below I have several articles sharing my journey more in-depth, under the A Year to Heal and the Long Distance post. Mold toxicity and chronic illness is not a club anyone asks to join; but once you’re in, you’re in. 

If you’re joining this site because of your own health issues, my goal is to act as your big sister of the holistic realm. I want you to have accessible information all in one spot — something I wish I had when I was in the trenches of healing. What you’ll find on my site is a melting pot of biblical theology, practical ways to live a low-toxin life, and targeted advice for mold and other chronic illnesses.
